But as Sarah pointed out the result in R from your values (when correctly read) are the same as in Excel. Therefore the problem seems to be in ***your*** data output from str(dataSet2$ac_bhar_60d_4d_after_ann[2:10]) can be helpful in diagnosing what may be going on.
