probably you want:

stg <- c('a', 'b', 'c', 'a', 'c')
paste(unique(stg), collapse = ", ")

I hope it helps.

Best,
Dimitris

Quoting Anh Tran <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:

I'm trying to use combine c('a','b','c','a','c') into 'a, b, c', the order
does not matter.

paste(c('a','b','c','a','c'), collapse=', ') yields 'a, b, c, a, c'.

Any idea?
