I am writing this message for the benefit of the community.I have been working
with randomForestSRC on a windows machine.I have been trying for days to output
the forest to an rfz file so that I can print a graphical representation of the
tree using Ishwaran and Kogalur's java GUI for visualizing forests at no
avail.I finally contacted Dr. Kogalur who has been extremely helpful.The bottom
line is we couldn't get rf2rfz to save the file on windows (tested on several
computers).getwd and sink methods showed that there was no problem saving files
but rf2rfz wouldn't output a file all the same.Eventually, I just installed
Ubuntu with a linux distribution of R and rf2rfz worked perfectly.
