I have a problem with R. How can I do this summarize the proportion (PRP)
of unique species (ELM )for each ua.
My data is like this:
uaELMPRP122CMO5122CBR3122CFA1122CMO1122DBR7122DMO2122DBR1
and I want to obtain something like this:
uaELMPRP122CMO6122CBR3122CFA1122DBR8122DMO2
