Subject: [R] Determining 32- vs. 64-bit Windows

3.0.2
Windows

Colleagues,

If I am setting up code for others and I dont know their configuration, what
is the simplest way to find out the following within R:
        a. is the system 32- or 64-bit?
        b. if the system is 64-bit, is R 32- or 64-bit?
