hi. i'm doing some statistical analysis on image files. the pixmap package is great, but has the limitation that it is only able to read (and write) data in PNM format.
there's a nice unix/linux/... library known as imlib2 that is able to read and write image data in many different formats. i'm wondering if anyone has written (in C, presumably) code to allow creating a pixmap from any image format known to imlib2?
