The help page for that function says: " This function is a wrapper for the 
roxygenize() function from the roxygen2 package. See the documentation and 
vignettes of that package to learn how to use roxygen."

So if you don't have roxygen2 in your library paths.  .... error.

Check .libPaths(). Install roxygen2.
