I am having difficulty installing the arm package and would be grateful if anyone could give some advice.

I have updated my computer to a Mac OS X version 10.5.5 ( processor: 2 x 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon) and I have downloaded R version 2.8.0 I have downloaded the package arm, but when i try to install it, the following message is given in R:
