There are several ways to plot multiple lines and/or points in one plot. xyplot, lines, points, matplot etc. come to mind. Depending on the organization of your data, some of these will be easier than others. As you didn't say anything about your data structure, the commands you tried and the errors you encountered, it is hard to be more specific at this point. Please give us a short example to work with and I'm sure you'll get the answer you need. cu Philipp -- Dr. Philipp Pagel Lehrstuhl für Genomorientierte Bioinformatik Technische Universität München Wissenschaftszentrum Weihenstephan 85350 Freising, Germany http://mips.gsf.de/staff/pagel ______________________________________________ R-help@r-project.org mailing list https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-help PLEASE do read the posting guide http://www.R-project.org/posting-guide.html and provide commented, minimal, self-contained, reproducible code.
