You need unixODBC or iodbc. Specifically on F10

gannet% rpm -q --whatprovides /usr/include/sql.h
unixODBC-devel-2.2.12-9.fc10.x86_64

This is in the RODBC/README (well, not the exact RPM for F10).

I hope someone can tell me the meaning of error I received trying to install RODBC and how I can get around the problem. n.b. The error originally occurred then I was installing Rcmdr. I then tried to install RODBC separately and received the same error.
