I suspect that your problem is that
you didn't put in a second backslash to
escape the backslash in your path.
('The R Inferno' talks about backslashes
if this doesn't make sense to you.)

'The R Inferno' also would have said that
it was very good of you to show the actual
error message, but in addition translating
it into English would have been a plus.

A translation would be:
Impossible to open the connection
