Dear All, I am interested to understand better the coxph() function from the survival R package. There is one referenced paper there which I am not able to get hold of and it is Andersen, P. Gill, R. (1982) Cox's regression model for counting processes, a large sample study. Annals of Statistics 10, 1100-1120
