Hello, Last week I installed ver 2.9.1 and it worked fine. This morning I have been working on some simple schemes,
plot(PropHatchedNests$Phatched, PropHatchedNests$MEAN) abline(lm(PropHatchedNests$Phatched, PropHatchedNests$MEAN)) This oddly produces a box and whiskers plot. I uninstalled 2.9.1 and installed 2.9.2 and ran the same commands. Same output. Is anyone else experiencing this conflict between bwplot and plot ? I'm working on windows XP.
