Hi,

Sounds like either:

- The mirror is broken, try a few others
- You are behind a proxy server, configure you machine to use the proxy server

repos=NULL)*
*Error :-* 'sh' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
This doesn't work in windows if you have not installed the Rtools (http://www.murdoch-sutherland.com/Rtools/). Try to install those first, or download and install the windows binary version.

Thanks in advance for your help

Kind Regards
