I am receiving the following error while executing KLdiv method:
kl<-KLdiv(y)
Error in function (classes, fdef, mtable) :
unable to find an inherited method for function "KLdiv", for signature
"data.frame"
the code is as follows:
require(flexmix)
KLdiv(y)
the object y (snippet, actual object contains 188 entries) is as follows:
s1p5 s2p5
1 0.6 0.8
2 0.8 0.2
3 0.6 0.8
4 0.2 0.0
5 0.6 0.8
6 0.6 0.4
7 0.2 0.8
8 1.0 0.0
9 0.4 0.8
10 0.4 0.4
I tried searching in the R mail archives but could not get any convincing
answer.
