I've a problem with unmatched quotes with a bash script within a R script:
> system("awk 'NR>2 {FS="
> ";print$1","$2","$3","$4","$5","$6","$7","$8","$9","$10","$11","$12;}'
> phenology.txt")
Errore: unexpected string constant in "system("awk 'NR>2 {FS=" ";print$1""
