I haven't used any of these yet, and don't know how they would fit in with Tomcat, but a few R web options are rapache (http://biostat.mc.vanderbilt.edu/rapache/), R.rsp (http://cran.case.edu/web/packages/R.rsp/index.html) and CGIwithR (http://www.omegahat.org/CGIwithR/). -- John
