I think you've found all of them. There's no keyword that picks out those specifically. They tend to be documented under the keyword "utilities", and a search of help for the word "Windows" will turn them up. If you want to be sure to find all the Windows-specific functions, I think the only way is to look at the source: go to src/library/base/R/windows for the R code, and src/library/base/man/windows for the documentation.
