For Linux you can download the source file at http://www.research.att.com/areas/stat/xgobi/index.html and compile it yourself. For Windows you can use (an old version) pre-compiled by Prof. Brian Ripley at http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/MASS4/Software.html#XGobi , you will also need to have an X-server installed (e.g. XWin 32) on your machine in order to use it.
