Does anyone know how I might be able to extract effects estimates from an unreplicated blocked factorial design?
My aov model was the following:
aov(AM ~ Tf*Tm*Pl*Ps*Mc*M0*M1*M2*M3+Error(Batch), initial)
Using effects() , I get the following response:
> effects(CV.unreplicated.block.aov.summary)
Error in effects(CV.unreplicated.block.aov.summary) :
no applicable method for "effects"Thanks
