Certainly your more-general array interface will be much better in the long run. What I'm trying to provide at the moment is just a few R/Tktable examples to help me to get my Bioinformatics application working and to possibly help others. When your awesome tcltk package evolves some more, I'll gladly tidy up my code using the new R/TclTk interfaces.
