Hi all,
I would like to ask that is there any function in R which can solve nonlinear system equations with several variables. Thats mean some functions similar to the 'fsolve' or 'fzero' in matlab.

You may take a look at page http://www.hppi.troitsk.ru/Kondrin and download a package RMinpack. This is (incomplete) port of Minpack Fortran library and it now contains only one function FSolve(fun,guess) which do exactly what you have requested.
