I need to analyze a dataset of gene expression in human subjects of 3 age groups and 2 genders. In each age group, there are 5 male and 5 female subjects. Each subject has duplicates. Therefore, there are a total of 20 samples in each age group. Now I want to use Two-way ANOVA to analyze the difference in age groups and genders. I am not interested in the difference in subjects. How can I build an ANOVA model with the consideration of duplicates in each subject? Thanks.
