1) You forgot to set an \alias{} (most probable)
2) There is another error in the Rd files
3) There is a bug in R (less probable)
At first check points 1-2) from above, after that repeat the complete
output of Rcmd check and provide a minimal version of one of your Rd
files which does not work.
