Hi, the packages i mentioned are not in the list of packages from CRAN even if they appear in the help i just mention an email later about cumulative distribution functions. they are "stepfun" and "ts". Maybe that helps to clarify my question - in the sense that i know how to look after packages on CRAN and how to install them.
