Rather a lot. You can 1) compile it yourself and build a binary for windows 2) ask the MiceR maintainers to do it for you 3) do the analyses under Unix or a Unix-like system Since I know nothing about MiceR, I've no idea if this is easy or impossible. What you've got now Just Won't Work (tm).
