Factor1 Factor2 Counts1 Counts2 ============================== A U nAU1 nAU2 A V nAV1 nAV2 A W nAW1 nAW2 B U nBU1 nBU2 B V nBV1 nBV2 B W nBW1 nBW3 and I want to submit these to 'loglin' to do the usual sort of thing. Question: what command do I give to R to generate the requisite "table" object for 'loglin'? With thanks!
