installed.packages(priority="NA")[, 1]

Can I suggest that with 1.9.0 imminent, you use that rather than 1.8.1.
The Windows build is at 
http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/rdevel.html

At the very least, use a version of R-patched (similar URL).
