Hi! I have a question concerning the screeplot function in R. What is the meaning of the colours in the plot. I applied princomp object to the screeplot funtion and it plotted the components against its variance, that's ok. But I have no idea about the different colouring of the boxes. I attached a plot so that you can see what I mean.
