I was wondering how to create an if-then statement that compares two
strings.
I tried an == :
> if (a[i,1] == c[j,1]){
> results[k,1] <- a[i,1]
where a, c, and results are [3,3] matrices of string values.
If anyone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
