Hi all, I need to run a sum of squares simultaneous test procedure (SS-STP) with R, although I didn't find a function to do this. The command �se.contrast� returns the standard errors for one or more contrasts in an analysis of variance, although it is designed for planned comparisons, and I need a test for unplanned ones.
