Hi all,
some vague questions about deal package and
graphs.
1. How is DEAL package showing the output network
graph? Is that graphviz installed along with R is
displaying the graph or it is some inherent module
of
DEAL package draws the graph.
2. can I take the output from deal in someway and
redraw the final network graph in graphviz using DOT
(directed graphs).
Any suggestions?
