Hi R users:
I want to know any experience compiling R in other LINUX distributions besides FEDORA (Red Hat) or Mandrake, for example in BSD, Debian, Gentoo, Slackware, vector LINUX, Knoppix, Yopper or CERN linux?
Hope this is not a "basic question"
