Hi All:
I am interested in tools available in R that will enable me to run analysis of
case crossover studies. I searched the web (http://www.google.com), and found
that a tool called "funfit" was available for Splus. Searching the R archives,
I also found mention of a "funfit" library.
However, when I searched in CRAN, I could not find it.
Is "funfit" now part of another package? Or, what other tools are available in
R for specifically doing case crossover study analysis?
Would greatly appreciate your help in this.
I use:
R version 2.0.1
On MepisLinux OS (Debian based)
Hardware: Laptop, 128 MB RAM, dual boot, Windows XP, with 10 GB space in my
Linux partition.
