This is where it says "ade4", etc. is not found. If you would like to install these packages, it's rather easy:
install.packages(c("ade4", "RColorBrewer", "pixmap"))
Ah, thanks! i'll try to see how I can add the packages - using Unix, I cannot write to the R package's directory. I'll see how to work around this, but thank you very much for the help!
Maybe it would be good to not require any special packages for an example offered on the frontpage of www.r-project.org though... :)
