Moin, is there any possibility to choose the input variables which are involved in the analysis, " ..., and each column correspondends to a variable. ..." (R-Reference-Manual) or do I have to delete them from the data.frame?
An then I'd like to get the original dataset with the classification of the cluster, at the moment i do it this way clusterFrame <- merge(claraResult$clustering, claraResult$data,by = 0, all.x = TRUE); Thanks Matthias -- Matthias Henze Institut fr Phytopathologie Hermann-Rodewaldstr. 9 24118 Kiel Telefon :0049(0) 431-880 7433 Fax :0049(0) 431-880 1583 email :[EMAIL PROTECTED] ______________________________________________ [email protected] mailing list https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-help PLEASE do read the posting guide! http://www.R-project.org/posting-guide.html
