Sorry, I forgot confint and I made a mistake in my suggestion which
should be:
cbind(estimate = coef(lm.D9),
lower = coef(lm.D9) - 1.96 * sqrt(diag(vcov(lm.D9))),
upper = coef(lm.D9) + 1.96 * sqrt(diag(vcov(lm.D9))))
