Dear All,
I am trying to use the library(mathgraph) but I do not understand (or find
in any help file) the type of Input needed.
I have prepared the Adjacency Matrix for the data, which consists in a
380x26 cells with 0/1 (1 if there is a link between those vertices, 0
otherwise).
Can I use that as an Input? Could you please explain me how?
Or should I just use a vector for each line (vertices)
In fact, I could not understand how to complete the formula referred in the
help file:
Mathgraph(formula, directed=T/F, data=.)
I would be very grateful if anyone could send me some examples on that.
