hello, i'm doing a master thesis in biology, and i'm studying genetic differenciation between population. So i used genetic distances, called FST, defining as a proportion of variance between two population. Then i'd like to use this pairwise FST as a dependent variable in glm. But i'm not sure of the error's distribution to use... Gaussian or binomial? do you have an idea? thanks a lot! guillaume emaresi
