Dear Michael, Some time ago, I posted to r-help a solution to a problem very close to this, which adapts the scatter3d() function in the Rcmdr package so that it plots concentration ellipsoids. You'll find the code at <http://finzi.psych.upenn.edu/R/Rhelp02a/archive/61156.html>.
I hope this helps, John -------------------------------- John Fox Department of Sociology McMaster University Hamilton, Ontario Canada L8S 4M4 905-525-9140x23604 http://socserv.mcmaster.ca/jfox -------------------------------- > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Michael > Sent: Thursday, February 02, 2006 3:39 AM > To: [email protected] > Subject: [R] is there a way to visualize 3D normal distributions? > > Hi all, > > How do I visualize a contour of a tri-variate normal distribution? > > I just like to see the ellipsoid very much.
