Hello, Is there any function / package with which you can create your own CDF files, i.e. you create your own probe sets and based on that a new CDF file is created?
This doesn't seem possible with makecdfenv (which needs a CDF as input) The package makecdfenv does this: Description: This package has two functions. One reads a Affymetrix chip description file (CDF) and creates a hash table environment containing the location/probe set membership mapping. The other creates a package that automatically loads that environment. regards, R.
