Hi Erica, I know nothing about phylogenetics, but perhaps you could help yourself by checking out the CRAN Task View on Genetics, e.g.: http://www.stats.bris.ac.uk/R/src/contrib/Views/Genetics.html You could also do: RSiteSearch("phylogenetic tree") If that doesn't get you anywhere, then you might get further help from the list if you post some example data and perhaps a link to a image of the type of plot you are wanting to reproduce. Some kind soul might then be able to help...
