Hi, A new R package spatialkernel has been accepted by CRAN. Spatialkernel focuses on implementation of kernel regression methods proposed in Diggle P.J. et al (2005), J. R. Stat. Soc. C, 54, 3, 645-658 and kernel density estimation of inhomogeneous Poisson point process with edge-correction proposed by M. Berman and P.J. Diggle (1989), J. R. Stat. Soc, B, 51, 81–92, for an arbitrary polygonal area.
The package source and Windows binary are available at http://www.maths.lancs.ac.uk/~zhengp1/spatialkernel/ Examples in spatialkernel-package shows a quick run of some basic functionality.
