Looking at odesolve, src/Makevars is PKG_LIBS=$(BLAS_LIBS)
Now, the documentation says that if you have $(BLAS_LIBS) you must also have $(FLIBS), so please change this to PKG_LIBS=$(BLAS_LIBS) $(FLIBS) and take this up with the package maintainer (which is what the posting guide asked you to do in the first place).
