I've been getting the following warning on each package update/install (Rv2.4 on SunOS9):
Warning message: 'DESCRIPTION' file has 'Encoding' field and re-encoding is not possible. This was the case on R2.3 and now on R2.4 as well - any insight would be much appreciated.
