The details and address for package 'dna' *are* in the R FAQ section 5.1.

For some reason he calls 'MS executables' the non-executable binary packages for Windows users of R.

Well, I think he is enjoying his retirement. His packages seem to work fine
(updated) using R 2.4.0.
