Dear R users, I thought this might be useful for users of the R package HOPACH (Windows version). Using R 2.4.1 in Windows XP, I found that the functions: makeoutput, boot2fuzzy and hopach2tree is not recognized by HOPACH versions 1.4.3 and 1.8.0. However, it works perfect with HOPACH version 1.6.0 downloaded from K.S. Pollard's site at UCDavis. Thanks.
