Dear list, I use a lot of data files (at the moment 35 files by 34 MB each) for analysis. My own processing steps will (hopefully) improve with increasing number of files I have. So I am looking for an suitable workstation configuration, e.g. 64bit architecture, 16 GB RAM.... etc.
Does anyone have any experience with setting up such a system ?
