I Have been trying to create a recurrence plot for multiple copy number alterations. Many of the articles I read have the plots but don't reference how they are created. Almost all the articles use R to analyze the data so I assume they use R to create the plots? I do find the plots mentioned in a Chaos package but that is not what I am looking for.
