Write to c...@r-project.org, explain how to install the third party software (availability and names of Debian packages etc.) and the CRAN team will decide whether the software will be isntalled on (a subset of) CRAN machines.

Hey everyone,

I have created a package rminizinc
<https://github.com/acharaakshit/RMiniZinc> that depends on a third party
C++ API
which is used in some of the Rcpp files. The third party header files need
to be present for their compilation or the package doesn't install.

I wish to submit the package to CRAN but the CRAN servers will not have
the third party library. Is there any way I can install the package without
having the third party library on my system?

Thanks,
Akshit Achara
